Stepdown Nurse (RN) in Ravenna, NE

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed per week

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active RN license in Nebraska or eligible to practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience on a step-down or progressive care unit
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage patients transitioning from intensive care to general wards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interventions as needed
