Location: Wichita, KS
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to step-down cardiac patients, including those requiring balloon pumps, CRRT, and hypothermia therapy
- Monitor and manage patients with heart caths, cardioversion, central lines, and medication drips
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain precise documentation using Meditech EMR systems
- Uphold unit policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care
Qualifications:
- Valid RN licensure with experience in step-down or cardiac care units
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required
- NIH certification preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cardiac patients with advanced equipment
- Strong organizational skills with a positive and engaged attitude
Schedule:
- Night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
