Telemetry Registered Nurse | Fenton, Missouri

Deliver expert cardiac telemetry nursing care on the night shift at a well-established medical center in Fenton, MO. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and administer treatments such as Amiodarone and Cardizem drips.
• Manage patients with congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, renal issues, hemodialysis, and related conditions.
• Coordinate care with ancillary departments to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adhere to professional standards and organizational policies.
• Float to similar or lower acuity units as needed.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse license eligible or licensed in Missouri.
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient cardiac telemetry experience.
• Certified in BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association.
• Experience with telemetry reading, central lines, and cardiac medication drips.
• Knowledge of Tikosyn, Sotalol initiation, and advanced drip management preferred.
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, team player with strong assessment skills.

Shift & Schedule:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
• 36 or 48 hours per week guaranteed (must specify).
• Weekend work every other weekend.
• No call requirements.
• 13-week contract assignment.
