A registered nurse with telemetry and med-surg experience is needed to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This role is ideal for professionals who are adaptable, capable of floating between units, and available to work weekends. The position offers a consistent dayshift schedule with 12-hour shifts, starting mid-January and extending for 26 weeks.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Current RN license with telemetry and med-surgical nursing expertise
- Ability to float between telemetry and med-surg units as needed
- Availability for weekend shifts
- Full compliance with licensing and certification requirements, including:
- License verification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable
- Up-to-date MMR and Varicella vaccination records or documented vaccination status
- Negative TB test results
- Willingness to complete drug and background screening promptly after starting
- Commitment to work a full schedule through the end of January and into early February is highly preferred
