Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Rochester, IL

Responsibilities:

• Monitor patients on telemetry units, interpreting cardiac rhythms and vital signs accurately.

• Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing and cardiac monitoring.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
