Registered Nurse - Telemetry Unit

Responsibilities:
- Monitor cardiac telemetry and provide continuous assessment of patients' cardiac status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
