Telemetry Registered Nurse - Sparks, Nevada

This opportunity is for a registered nurse with telemetry and med-surg experience to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule. The role requires flexibility to float between units and availability on weekends. The contract begins mid-January and extends for approximately 26 weeks, with a focus on maintaining a full schedule through the end of January and into the first week of February.

Responsibilities include providing quality patient care on telemetry and med-surg units, managing patient assessments, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The position demands adherence to all compliance and licensing requirements promptly.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse license with telemetry and med-surg experience
• Ability to float between telemetry and med-surg units
• Must be available for night shifts and weekends
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as required
• Up-to-date immunization records including MMR, Varicella, and TB test results
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks shortly after starting
