Telemetry Registered Nurse | Sun Valley, Nevada

A nursing opportunity is available in Sun Valley, NV for a licensed RN with telemetry and med-surg experience. This nightshift role offers 12-hour shifts and requires flexibility to float between units and weekend availability. The position will begin on January 17 and has an expected duration of approximately 26 weeks on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to telemetry and med-surg patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data accurately
• Administer medications according to protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure excellent patient care
• Float between telemetry and med-surg units as needed
• Work weekends and adhere to a consistent schedule through late January and early February

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active RN license with ability to practice in Nevada
• Telemetry and med-surg nursing experience strongly preferred
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as required by hospital protocols
• Compliance with vaccination requirements including MMR and Varicella (vaccination receipt, attestation, or declination)
• Negative TB test results
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening before start date
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and float between units
