Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records of care.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid RN license.
  • Proven experience in telemetry nursing with strong cardiac monitoring skills.
  • Ability to identify arrhythmias and intervene appropriately.
