Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Location: Near Winchester, NV

We are currently seeking highly motivated and passionate Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic team near Winchester, NV. With 4-5 openings available, this is an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to make a positive impact in the lives of students in the K-12 age groups.

Position Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 37.5-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in the K-12 age groups
• Assess students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy interventions to improve students' functional abilities and independence
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize students' progress
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications

Requirements:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Nevada
• Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of K-12 developmental milestones and relevant therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
