Full-Time Onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) | Full-time, 2024-2025 School Year
Location: Redwood City CA


  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, including but not limited to sensory processing disorders, fine motor delays, and difficulties with activities of daily living.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities to address students' goals and objectives outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' participation and engagement in classroom activities and school routines.
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers on strategies to promote students' independence, motor skills development, and sensory regulation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress, assessments, and therapy sessions in compliance with state and federal regulations.


  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid California license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in occupational therapy and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to adapt interventions and approaches to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds.
