Job Details: 

• W-2 contract position
• 2 Days per week 
• Middle- High School Students 

Job Requirements:

• Illinois State Occupational Therapy licensure required
• Onsite services required 
• Schools experience is preferred but not necessary
• Provide therapy to students in an appropriate setting, i.e., therapy room, classroom, natural environment
• Maintains documentation of services provided to students
• Interprets test results and writes assessment reports
