Occupational Therapist Opening - Near Gloucester Point, VA

Soliant is currently seeking a licensed occupational therapist to join our team at a school in the Gloucester Point, VA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating students with various disabilities to help them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine the needs of students and develop treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and objectives
• Collaborate with teachers and other members of the school team to ensure that therapy services are integrated into the student's daily routine
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Occupational Therapy license
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with school-aged children with disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
