Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Wyoming, DE. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing therapy to students with disabilities to promote their ability to perform daily activities and facilitate their participation in educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Evaluate students' abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop goals and intervention plans
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Master's Level Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Delaware licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
