Role Overview: As a Contract Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic therapy team, delivering high-quality care to students with diverse needs. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide client-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on improving functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
