Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and work with a school district in beautiful Napa County, California. Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students in the school district.
- Assess and evaluate students' motor and sensory development, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- California State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Prior school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
