Job Description:

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and work with a school district in beautiful Napa County, California. Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in the school district.
• Assess and evaluate students' motor and sensory development, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• California State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Prior school-based experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
