We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team near Norfolk, VA. As an OT, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives by helping them improve their functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to clients, focusing on enhancing their motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set personalized goals and implement effective intervention strategies.
Qualifications:
- Solid school - based experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Virginia.
- Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical, school, or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with various physical, cognitive, and developmental conditions.
- Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in occupational therapy.
