Occupational Therapist (OT) near Odessa, DE

Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Delaware, for a full-time, hourly contract position for the remainder of the school year. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to make a difference in the lives of students while working within a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in the school setting
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure students' needs are met
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Promote development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation
• Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state licensure in DE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
• Full-time contract position
