Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for the 2023/24 School Year: Windsor, VT
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide services and support to our school district partner near Windsor, VT. The occupational therapist will be responsible for providing students with treatment to help them develop and improve their ability to complete everyday tasks related to their daily life. Their duties include performing initial patient assessments, teaching patients to use adaptive technology and coaching them through therapeutic activities. This is an Onsite position.
Location: Windsor, VT
Full Time: 37.5 hours/week
Start: 23/24 School Year
Responsibilities:        

• Caseload: 30-50 Students (Pre K-12^th)
• Assessing the student’s physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan.
• Helping children take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances.
• Reviewing the students’ progress and adapting the treatment accordingly.
• Most of the responsibilities would involve assessments.

Qualifications:

• Masters Level Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Must hold active VT State OT License
• AAC device experience a plus
