Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Poway, CA

Position: Full-Time, School-Based OT or COTA
Location: Poway, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: K-12

Responsibilities:

• For OT:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students.

• For COTA:

  • Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed OT.
  • Work closely with the OT, school staff, and families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow IEP goals.

Qualifications:

• For OT: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active California OT license.
• For COTA: Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistance and an active California COTA license.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
