Occupational Therapist (OT) - Summer Position - near Baltimore, MD!

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a summer position near Baltimore, Maryland. As an OT, you will have the opportunity to provide therapeutic services to individuals of all ages, helping them enhance their independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life. 

Job Details: 

• 7 hrs/day 
• Home - based & In - person 
• June - July (Mon - Thr)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities, limitations, and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to enhance clients' motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and cognitive abilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Maryland.
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical, school, or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of individuals with various physical, cognitive, and developmental conditions.
• Familiarity with standardized assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in occupational therapy.
