Occupational Therapist (OT) - West Paterson, NJ

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team near West Paterson, NJ. As an OT, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals of all ages overcome challenges and improve their ability to perform daily activities, promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Job Details:

• 23 - 24 SY 
• Sept. Start 
• 3.5 days/week 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individuals' physical, cognitive, and sensory abilities and identify areas of impairment or functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients, focusing on improving motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting.
