Occupational Therapist - PT: 3 Days weekly

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assessing the students physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan. OT will need to keep records and write reports as well

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Indiana
• Experience working with people with disabilities and injuries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time (3 Days a Week)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move patients
• Ability to use hands to manipulate object
