Occupational Therapist

Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. You will be providing direct and indirect services to students in the district. This is an immediate opening for the spring semester with potential renewal, please apply or email [email protected] for consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths and challenges related to motor skills and sensory processing
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate occupational therapy goals into the overall educational plan
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• California Occupational Therapist Licensure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
