Are you a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist seeking an exciting opportunity to work with students in Easton, Maryland for the '23-'24 school year? Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' occupational goals
• Adapt and modify classroom environments and activities to promote students' success
• Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure in Occupational Therapy (Maryland licensure preferred)
• Experience working with a K-12 caseload is desirable
• Knowledge of sensory integration, fine motor development, and therapeutic intervention strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
