We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.

Position Details:

• Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Location: Willimantic, CT
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Setting: Onsite 
• Start Date: Second semester start

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify individuals' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients.
• Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid State SLP license.
• Experience in schools preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
