Job Description:
- The Pharmacy Program Director for hematology and oncology leads staff in setting, meeting, and exceeding goals and objectives in the areas of patient care, education, research, and expectations of all internal and external customers
 
- Manages systems and promotes ongoing learning to continually improve the quality of care and services provided by the department
 
- Adheres to the general hospital standards to promote a cooperative work environment by utilizing communication skills, interpersonal relationships and team building
 

Duration: Permanent

Start-date: ASAP - Immediate

Experience/Qualifications:

• Must have PharmD or RPH
• Must have 3-5+ years of leadership experience in an oncology role
• Board certified oncology pharmacist (BCOP) is highly preferred
• Strong with financials, forecasting, budgeting, etc...
