Hours: 37.50 hours per week
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours/Day(s) Specific: Full-time hours to be determined
Caseload:
- Potential split between pre-K and high school students with multiple disabilities
- Alternatively, a K-6 caseload
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Dayton, OH for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse student population and be flexible in managing various caseloads.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience with diverse student populations and a range of disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
