Onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time)
A great school district is now looking to hire a SLP for an onsite, full-time opening. Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based job. Responsibilities/ Duties/ Notes:
- Conduct Speech and Language evaluations and interpret results, develop recommendations, write IEP goals, and participate in team meetings
- Design and implement individual and small group speech and language therapy for students with identified disabilities; monitor progress towards IEP goals collect data from progress reports
- Collaborate with school staff around screenings, tiered interventions, and accommodations for students across school settings
- Provide consultation services to parents/ caregivers as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred
- SLP-CCC’s are preferred but not required
Education/ Requirements:
- Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License
- MA Teaching Certificate
- **Master’s Degree required in Speech Pathology/ Communication Disorders**
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Position/ Starts ASAP until end of the school year
Work Hours: Monday-Friday (Hours TBD)
