I am showing you roughly 80 nursing needs. I only have 11 submissions. Most of these facilities are interviewing and offering within 24 hours and sometimes within a few hours. Some of these bill rates, I admit, are lower than they need to be and we are working on that. Others have moved up such as National Park ICU just went to $95.

What do you do with those subs that are going to those really high bill rate facilities and they just sit there because they are 1 of 200?
