Operating Room Registered Nurse - Winston-Salem, NC

Soliant Health is seeking a highly qualified Travel OR RN to work in the Operating Room of a hospital located in Winston, North Carolina. As an OR RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to individuals undergoing surgical procedures. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the safety and comfort of all patients.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room experience, within the last 6 months
• Scrub and circulate experience
• Ability to work with neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular or robotics patient diagnoses
• Current BCLS certification
• Ability to work a specific shift: Thurs, Sat, Sun schedule
• Must be able to float within the facility and within greater Winston market (KMC, TMC, CMC)
• Travel experience is preferred, but not required

Job Details:

• Job Type: Travel
• Schedule: 36 hours only, 3x12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15), Thurs, Sat, Sun schedule
• Patient Diagnoses: Candidates need to have strong experience in at least 2 of these four specialties: neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular or robotics
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: Specialties in order of priority. Must have 2-3 of the top four: Neuro and Neuro Spine, Ortho/Ortho Spine, Vascular, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Oncology GYN, Misc. (we do a small amount of regular General, ENT, Plastics)
• Ratios: 45 cases, 17 Rooms
• Call Requirement: No Call
• Float Requirement: Yes
• Weekend Requirement: This is a Thurs, Sat, Sun schedule
• Unit Systems: Pyxis, Epic, SBAR, Staff Meetings, Communication Board
• Orientation: 36 hours minimum of three days orientation not including Epic training
• Scrubs: Provided, Ceil Blue
