Oshkosh, WI: School-based SLP

Soliant is working with a moderately sized school district in the area of Oshkosh, WI to place a contract Speech Language Pathologist.

Details below:

• 4 days per week
• Work with elementary school students
• Start: ASAP
• End: end of school year

Additional details about the district and the special education team will be shared during a direct interview with administrators.

Day-to-day duties include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language development; diagnosing students with speech/language impediments
• Developing Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in consultation with district SLPs
• Providing speech-language therapy, documenting student progress, and completing paperwork pertinent to the provision of services, or to Medicaid billing
• Participating in IEP meetings, and communicating speech and language goals to student care-givers

Requirements:

• Wisconsin SLP license
• Educational certification from the Department of Public Instruction
