Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing friendly and efficient pharmacy care to all customers.

Engages customers and patients by greeting them and helping with products and services.  Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.

Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Pharmacist, and other supervisors including but not limited to maintaining pharmacy workflow, and utilizing pharmacy systems to search and enter patient, prescriber, and drug information; ensuring all prescription information is entered and processed correctly; filling prescriptions by retrieving, counting, pouring pharmaceutical drugs, processing insurance billing and basic problem resolution.  

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certified technician
• 2-3 years retail experience
