Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania
Pay: $20-$24

We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will work closely with our educational professionals to provide support to students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students in both one-on-one and group settings to provide academic and behavioral support as directed by the educational professionals.

• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials, including setting up equipment and instructional materials.

• Monitor student progress and record data as directed by the educational professionals.

• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment for all students.

• Communicate effectively with educational professionals, students, and parents as needed.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Relevant experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.

• Knowledge of common learning disabilities and behavior management techniques is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Must be able to pass a background check.
