Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Paraprofessional to join our team in a challenging and rewarding position working with students exhibiting challenging behavioral needs. This is a contract position based in the state of Illinois, offering competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and a quick interview and hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supportive Assistance: Provide support and assistance to students with challenging behavioral needs in an educational setting.

  • Behavior Management: Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the school's staff to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.

  • Individualized Support: Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) and accommodate the unique needs of each student.

  • Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of students while assisting with activities both inside and outside the classroom.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior as required by school policies.

  • Communication: Foster effective communication with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.


  • Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar role is required.

  • A valid paraprofessional certificate or relevant educational qualifications are preferred.

  • Knowledge of behavioral management techniques and strategies is a plus.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
