• Efficiently handle IEP paperwork to ensure compliance and individualized support.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills to create an optimal learning environment.
• Organize and assist with small group activities to enhance student engagement.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher.
• Para certification
