Paraprofessionals (PARA) needed for 2023/2024 SY near Aurora, IL
We are currently seeking highly motivated Paraprofessionals (PARA) near Aurora, IL for the 23/24 School Year. The Paraprofessional will work to enrich the student’s experience in class. They will collaborate with Teachers and oversee students so that they get more hands-on attention and personalized help.
Location: Aurora, IL
Start: 23/24 SY       
Full Time
Responsibilities:

• Caseloads: multiple needs.
• Job entails IEP paperwork, classroom management, and small works organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and understand individual students’ needs.
• Ability to accurately record and summarize data as directed by the special education teacher.
• Willingness to participate in pre and ongoing training programs.
• Understand the individual needs of students as described in their IEP.

Must Haves:

• High school diploma or higher degree
• Previous experience with children or students with special needs.
• Paraprofessional certification required.
