Position: Pharmacy Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Duration: 32 Weeks, Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule Shifts: Overnights, 7:30pm - 4:30am (3x8-hour shifts for 24-hours/week)
Pay Rate: $20-$24/hr; Experience Dependent

Responsibilities:
• Under pharmacist supervision, accurately and promptly fulfill daily medication orders with efficiency.
• Contribute to the proper recycling and disposal process for returned drugs.
• Support the prepackaging of frequently requested medications, including labeling and proper storage.
• Engage in manual packaging of various materials and products.
• Ensure the precise and efficient preparation and distribution of medications.
• Conduct a thorough review of prescription details and promptly address any discrepancies or concerns.
• Effectively manage inventory levels and process supply orders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and offering medication-related guidance.
• Foster seamless collaboration and communication within the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• NJ Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• PTCB Certification (required)
• 2+ years of Inpatient Pharmacy Experience (required)
