Job Title: Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Newton, NH
Type: Part-time
We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Newton, NH. This is a 20.25 hours per week role and the selected candidate will work closely with students with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support the implementation of BIPs
- Provide direct services to students as needed
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through data collection and analysis
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Previous experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
