Are you an experienced and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping students with special needs reach their full potential? A school district in Atchison, KS, is seeking a talented BCBA to join our team on a part-time basis for the 2023-2024 school year. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor BIPs.
Provide training and support to school staff in the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
Support students with special needs in achieving their individualized goals.
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Recent experience working as a BCBA in a school or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dedication to the well-being and development of students with special needs.
