Part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a part-time position in San Tan Valley, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience working with K-12 students, providing occupational therapy services in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing occupational therapy services for K-12 students
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring and documenting progress of students
• Participating in IEP meetings and other team meetings as necessary

Requirements:

• Valid Arizona COTA license
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
