Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team in New Jersey. This is a contract position with a quick interview and hiring process, offering competitive pay and guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist educators in providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with students to provide one-on-one or small group support, as directed.
• Implement instructional plans and strategies under the guidance of the classroom teacher.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required by state regulations.
