Position Details:

• Location: Hazel Crest, IL
• Schedule: Part-time, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8am-3pm
• Caseload: 10-12 students

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active or pending Illinois COTA license
