Remote Speech-Language Pathologist – Virginia

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide remote services to students in Virginia. This position involves working with a secondary caseload of students in need of speech and language therapy.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Administer diagnostic tests and assessments to identify student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Participate in IEP meetings and other required meetings

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia
- Knowledge of EBP (evidence-based practices)
- Knowledge of best practices in working with secondary students
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using remote technology to provide services

This is a part-time position with 15-20 hours per week, and the schedule is flexible to accommodate the needs of the students. This position will start as soon as possible and will last until the end of the school year.
