Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience and the necessary licensure to practice in Rhode Island? We have a part-time, virtual opportunity for a BCBA Supervisor to provide guidance and supervision to an onsite full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Position Details:

• Position Type: Part-Time (Temporary - 4-Month Assignment)
• Start Date: Immediate - December 21, 2023
• Location: Virtual (Rhode Island)
• Weekly Hours: 6-8 hours per week
• Duties:
  • Provide supervision and guidance to an onsite full-time RBT
  • Conduct virtual supervision sessions
  • Ensure compliance with behavioral therapy best practices

Qualifications:

• Active national BCBA license
• Rhode Island-specific licensure as an LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Experience in behavior analysis and supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
