Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care within the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and technology to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients and their families on the plan of care and provide support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
