Pediatric Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for the 22-23 school year for a contract position located near Phoenix, AZ. As a BlazerWorks employee, you will be paid for your guaranteed hours as well as your overtime and indirect hours, on a weekly basis, and are offered a comprehensive benefits package specifically based on your needs. Job Details:

• Full Time, Onsite at multiple schools throughout the district
• Start Date: July 26, 2022
• End Date: June 9, 2023
• Caseload: 50 students

Job Requirements: 

• Must have active PT license in the state of AZ
• Some PEDS experience prefered
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
