Pennsylvania Retail Pharmacist

Soliant Health is seeking a retail Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree and a current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License with an Immunization License. As a retail Pharmacist, you will be responsible for weighing, measuring, mixing drugs and other medical compounds, filling bottles with the correct quantity and compositions, and dispensing non-prescription medications. Responsibilities:

• Control inventories by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profits.
• Dispense medications and advise self-medicating patients.
• Maintain open communication with various health and insurance professionals.
• Perform patient immunizations regularly.
• In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, schedule pharmacy associates, reward and recognize performance, discipline associates as required, and give out work assignments to effectively utilize skills and abilities while meeting company profit objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License with Immunization License.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work variable day/afternoon shifts.
