Soliant Health is currently seeking (2) highly skilled Inpatient/IV Pharmacists to join our team as soon as possible. Please note that the COVID vaccine is required for this position.
Shift: Days, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed is essential.
Job Description: We are seeking (2) Pharmacists with expertise in inpatient and IV pharmacy services. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. Experience in handling inpatient medication orders and managing IV preparations is essential. Familiarity with EPIC, the electronic medical record (EMR) system, is required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of inpatient and IV pharmacy experience
- Preference given to candidates with completed PGY1 or PGY2 programs
Licensure:
- Must possess an active NY pharmacist license
