Pharmacist Contract-to-Hire Matamoras, PA

Soliant is looking for a full-time pharmacist with a PA license and full-time availability. This position offers a contract-to-hire while working a 4x10 or 4x12 schedule. Work Hours: 8:00 am-8:00 pm, on a 4x10 or 4x12 schedule
Duration: 13 weeks, contract-to-hire or permanent

Qualifications:

• PA License
• Immunization Certification (Required)
• Must be comfortable giving all vaccines (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Registers with the state board of pharmacy as supervising pharmacist or pharmacist in charge.
• Responsible for maintaining the pharmacy in good standing with all federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations, and company policies.
• Responsible for the entire operation of the pharmacy department to achieve pharmacy financial goals including a budget, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management to promote optimal financial viability.
• Participates in business development activities in the store and community.
• Participates in patient-centered services including immunization, MTM, and wellness programs.
